This Privacy Policy explains how Fortior LLC (“Fortior,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit fortior-consulting.com (the “Site”), submit our contact form, or book a call with us. It also explains the choices and rights you have.

This policy covers the Site only. When we provide consulting, advertising, analytics, or AI agent services to a client, any personal information we handle on that client’s behalf is governed by our written agreement with that client.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, work email address, company name (if you provide it), the services you are interested in, and the message you write. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information in the form.

When you book a call through our scheduling page, the booking is handled by Google Calendar, and we receive the information you enter there, such as your name, email address, the time you select, and any answers you give to booking questions.

If you email or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the contents of those communications and your contact details.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, when you visit the Site, certain technical information is collected automatically by our hosting provider and by services that deliver parts of the page. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and prevent spam and abuse.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), your device and browser type, and interactions such as button clicks and form submissions. It does not receive the text you type into our contact form.

The Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information as part of that request.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Analytics. We use Google Analytics, which sets first-party cookies (such as cookies beginning with “_ga”) to distinguish visitors and measure how the Site is used. We use Google Analytics for analytics only. We have not enabled Google signals or Google Analytics advertising features, and we do not use Site analytics data for targeted advertising. To learn how Google uses this data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The Site will continue to work if you block cookies.

Booking calendar. If our Google Calendar booking tool is embedded on the Site, it is provided by Google, and Google may use cookies or collect information when it loads or when you book, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Advertising. We do not currently use advertising cookies or pixels, such as the Meta Pixel, on the Site. If we begin using advertising tools, we will update this policy before or when we do, and describe your choices for limiting them. Where required by applicable law, we will treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.

Do Not Track. The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Other than the analytics and service providers described in this policy, we do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites through the Site.

5. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. Inquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are generally deleted no later than three years after our last communication with you. If you become a client, we keep information for the length of our relationship and afterward as needed for legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes. We may keep information longer when required by law or to resolve disputes.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site and access controls on the accounts where inquiries are stored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, contact us at the email address below.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. We will honor these rights to the extent the law that applies to you provides them.

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, typically by confirming details we already have.
